Over 25+ years leading HR and operations across technology, telecom, media and real estate, I've built and run Pakistan-based teams for US companies from the ground up. — hiring, onboarding, compliance, performance, the works — as the direct link between the Pakistan office and US leadership. I'm a Certified HR Management Professional (CHRMP), trained in people management at the University of Minnesota, USA.
I specialize only in Pakistan-based teams — close enough to the market to bridge founder and team without either side losing trust in the other. If a hire isn't the right answer, I'll say so, and I stay through implementation rather than handing over a report and walking away.
The work here is built around direct, personal relationships with founders — not a branded consultancy with layers between us.
